Are pets allowed during the stay at our facility?
Yes, many of our properties are pet-friendly. However, we recommend checking the specifics of the desired property to ensure that pets are allowed.
What services are included in the rental price of my vacation home?
The booking includes the cabin rental, utilities (electricity, gas, water, and firewood), and various amenities. While specific amenities may differ between properties, most of our cabins offer Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, sun loungers, barbecue equipment, a crib (on request), and a storage area for bikes or skis. Bed linens and towels can be provided for an extra fee.
What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Guests may access their cabins from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must vacate them by 9:30 AM on the departure day.
What is the process for booking one of your vacation properties?
The best way to book a cabin is by contacting us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Let us know your preferred arrival and departure dates, the property you prefer, and any special requests. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon check-in.
